We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
New Machines
New machines may be returned in original, undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The machine must be in its original packaging or suitable alternative packaging.
Vintage Machines
Vintage machines are sold as-is with a 30-day mechanical functionality guarantee. If a vintage machine arrives with mechanical issues beyond normal transport wear, contact us within 30 days for resolution options.
Non-Returnable Items
Machines that have been modified, damaged by improper use, or show signs of commercial wear are not eligible for standard returns. Custom-ordered machines are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of machine inspection. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit at your preference.
